Which ZIP codes do you cover?

We work nine ZIP codes as a single route: 77450, 77493 and 77494 in Katy; 77406, 77407 and 77469 in Richmond; 77441 in Fulshear; 77479 in Sugar Land; and 77471 in Rosenberg. Booking starts with your address rather than your city name, because a mailing city and a ZIP code do not always match here. Outside those ZIPs we confirm availability before booking.

What are your hours?

Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.

How soon can a technician come out?

Appointments are usually available same-day or next-day, depending on technician availability and your location. For same-day service we normally give a 2 to 3 hour arrival window and call about 20 to 30 minutes before the technician arrives.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, check, credit card, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle. Payment is due once the repair is finished.

What should I include in the form?

The appliance type and brand, what the machine is doing now compared with what it should do, any code on the display, and your service address with the ZIP code. That is usually enough to bring the right parts on the first visit. If you would rather talk it through, call (832) 598-8646.

Is there a charge for the diagnostic visit?

The diagnostic visit is $50–$69 and is waived if we do the repair. Before any repair starts, the technician explains the work and the price, and nothing is done without your approval.
