Rosenberg addresses run on 77471, from Kingdom Heights to the Reading Road side of Summer Lakes and the blocks around Brazos Town Center. The emphasis here is the kitchen – an LG refrigerator whose cold is fading, a dishwasher that has locked itself out – plus two washer codes that halt a load outright: one for draining, one for a jammed motor.
Phone (832) 598-8646 with the model number and whatever the display says. For a fridge that shows no code, tell us what still works: lights, fans, frost on the freezer panel.

LG equipment we service in 77471:
Food in both sections is warming. The refrigerator still seems alive – panel lit, interior lamps working – but no frost is forming on the back of the freezer.
Lawsuits over the LG Inverter Linear Compressor allege early failure: corrosion-prone tubing that pits and develops tiny air leaks, and a discharge valve described as the weakest part. A 2020 settlement took in refrigerators made from the start of 2014 to the end of 2017. None of that proves your compressor is finished: iFixit lists wiring connections gone loose or oxidized, the thermal overload, the run capacitor and the inverter board as other reasons a compressor will not run.
Read the board’s blink pattern first – iFixit gives two blinks as a stroke trip from piston overrun and five blinks as a locked piston trip – then test the wiring, overload and capacitor, and time whether the inverter produces 200 volts within two minutes.
AE or E1 appears and the dishwasher refuses to go on, even though the floor in front of it is dry.
LG explains that water leaking inside the dishwasher has raised the float switch. The usual source, per LG, is overflow, and detergent is a leading suspect: pouring past the marked levels on the dispenser, or reaching for hand dishwashing liquid instead of dishwasher detergent, whips up suds that carry water over. A cabinet that is out of level is LG’s other named cause.
LG requires the cause to be fixed before the machine runs again, so we find it rather than reset the switch: confirm the detergent, run LG’s gallon-of-water level check with the lower rack removed, and trace the escape route.
Water stays in the tub, the washer stops, and OE is displayed. During spin, the usual pump hum may be missing.
LG defines OE as the washer failing to drain the water from its wash. Before the pump gets blamed, LG points at a kinked drain hose, a clogged drain pump filter, and too much foam – suds form air pockets that the pump cannot shift.
LG’s own dividing line is the sound: no pump hum during spin means, according to LG, the pump has failed and needs a repair visit. We clean the filter and check the hose, then test the pump itself.
The drum will not rotate and LE sits on the display, and restarting changes nothing.
In LG’s washer error code list, LE is described as the motor being overloaded and locked.
Give it the rest LG recommends – 30 minutes to cool down – and restart the cycle with less in the drum. A washer that locks again on a normal load has a fault worth a service visit.
Appointments are usually available same-day or next-day, depending on technician availability and your location. For same-day service we normally provide a 2–3 hour arrival window and call you about 20–30 minutes before the technician arrives.

iFixit documents two blinks as a stroke trip (piston stroke overrun detected) and five blinks as a locked piston trip. Either one is a starting point for testing, not a final verdict on the compressor - see our refrigerator repair page.
Yes. LG names dishwashing liquid used in place of dishwasher detergent, and a dispenser filled past its marks, as sources of the suds that cause overflow and trip the float switch. Unlevel installation is the other cause LG lists.
